Lula Randall, ticket chairman, reports the largest sale of recent years. p. 1 -- [Merrell] Kirkpatrick. p. 1 -- The 'cream' of the sorority pledge crop: High qualities of leadership, character, and scholarship are exemplified in the selections for the "Best Pledges" of four sororities for this year. Each girl was voted the best pledge of her chapter by the active members and was honored at recent initiations services and dinners. He is the son of Dr. Henry Onsgard, professor of history here, and last year attended Drake University. p. 2 -- Mr. W.U. gets a red ribbon: As mistress of ceremonies, Martha Barrett, president of the campus Y.W.C.A., demonstrates how she will present Mr. W.U., one of the 15 "Campus Cuties," with a red satin ribbon tomorrow night at the fourth annual HYM Carnival Ball.
