Description
Reports on the duty of each Klansman to support the Imperial Wizard, and that any member involving himself with the Knights Kamelia will be immediately suspended and banished from the Klan. This threat arose from conflict between Klan founder and one-time member William J. Simmons and Hiram W. Evans, Imperial Wizard of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
