2 negatives - portrait negatives of a toddler in overalls and shoes. They are wearing a baseball hat and sitting on a chair covered with a whole cloth quilt. In one, they have both hands on lap/leg. In the other, one hand is on their foot, the other is on the arm of the chair.
Original envelope reads "6/25 - 1940 Baby Mrs Elizbath Ragsdill 1518 East 4 st one 5/7 tinted Pd" and "Eyes Blue gray Blue - seat cap blue shoes blue or white stockings white". On back, handwritten in pencil, "call for proof Thursday [unknown] morn"
