Description
The Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is a five day experience that allows each participant to
evolve and expand upon their leadership skills and abilities. SLI will help each individual to develop and reflect upon where they currently are
and where they would like to be as a leader. Participants will be divided into groups who they
will meet with throughout the institute. These groups will serve as a home base where they will
have the opportunity to discuss and reflect upon the leadership lessons taught. Participants of
SLI will not only grow in their leadership skills, but also with critical thinking skills, self-awareness and team building skills.
