(Below) The following morning found the building gutted and covered with layers of ice. p. 9 -- 'Chug Buggy': Solving the transportation problem was easy for John Wentworth, electrical engineering student at the University of Maine. McMath. p. 11 -- Beloit College solves campus housing: Four coeds walking in front of the college's new dorm, Centennial Hall. p. 12 -- Student veterans Ted Miles and Hahnfeldt and their families are busy moving into former army barracks which have been set up on campus. p. 12 -- At Central College, Fayette, Mo., stands the huge figure, "Little [ineligible]," represented Central athletes and was constructed as part of a victory celebration. p. 12 -- Principal speakers at the National Collegiate Athletic association convention in New York were J.L. Morrill, president of the University of Minnesota; Karl E. Leib, president of the University of Iowa, and Richard Harlow, Harvard, president of the American Football Coaches association. p. 12 -- Handsomely robed King Wenceslas and his comely assistants, Eloise Walsh and Norma Richards, showed no lack of dignity when they stood guard over the tradition Boar's Head at Bradley College's all-university sing fest.
