They are sitting on a chair covered by a whole cloth quilt. On one side, they have a hand raised, looking at the camera. The other side shoes the child with hands in lap looking off camera.
Original envelope reads "12/14 - 1942 Mrs Maxine Rains 114 East First 12 P. C. 2.00 Pd T. P."
