A negative with a double portrait of a woman with short, curly hair that is pinned back. She is wearing a print dress with large sleeves and a large bow at the throat with long, wide tails. On one side, she is sitting facing the camera. In the other, she is angled 90 degrees from the camera, head turned toward camera, but not looking directly at it.
Brown, sleeve style envelope with printed space for information: "No.___ Name___ Order___ Remarks___ Retouched___ Order Finished___ Reorder___ Reorder___". Handwritten in pencil, "1/13 - 34 Velma Cook 212 S Monroe".
