A rumor out of Washington, D.C., has it that a plan is presently being considered to draft students who don't match standards which were set during the Korean Conflict and since discontinued. p. 1 -- Jose Iturbi. p. 1 -- The Armstrong arm: Shocker Warren Armstrong, although not of super-height is able to leap tall opponents with a single bound. This Texas Tech Red Raider was as unable to stop the WSU offense as were his teammates in the 103-94 Shocker victory over Tech Dec. 18. p. 4
