Photograph(s): One of the top beauty queens of the country, Miss Kansas of 1954, will make a two-day personal appearance in Wichita on Friday and Saturday, April 9 and 10. Joanne Miller, who was awarded the coveted title of Miss Kansas, will hold court in Buck's foundation department. Her visit is being arranged by the store in cooperation with the famed foundation house, the H.W.
