Starting Thursday, two University employees will issue tickets to violators with fines payable in the city Police Court. p. 1 -- A near accident is recorded by the Sunflower staff photographer while taking sample pictures of double parked cars in front of Morrison Hall Tuesday. As the center car above swerved sharply to maneuver between to illegally parked autos, the right door swung opent and struck the bumper of the violating car pictured left. p. 1 -- Blocked!: New Student Council enforcement regulations will eliminate car parking in red zone cross walk [sic] areas. The picture reveals a typical parking violation at the conjested [sic] Commons cross walk. p. 7 -- Ape size aggies hound little Eddie Kriwiel (No. 12), 156 pound Shocker back. p. 9
