This letter from Pierfrancesco di Conti di Montedoglio at Empoli to Giulio de Medici regards the troops on the coast needing a leader. Pierfrancesco mentions he will accept the position if Giulio thinks it to be a good post. If in a place of honor, he would write to Concino Concini.
