Abstract
The Chinese American Librarians Association (CALA) is an ALA affiliate. In the 2011 Poster Session at the Diversity and Outreach Fair, CALA will showcase its mission, programs and services to diverse people of all ages, with emphasis on its library advocacy, family literacy, Mail-A-Book service to homebound, and global outreach. CALA representatives will present at its poster location to interact with visitors and answer questions. This project aims to broaden CALA's visibility and provide more opportunities for CALA to better serve a wider community.
