One key thing I learned in SAMPE is to always recognize that another colleague has something to contribute. Ours is an experience-heavy profession. We cannot experience the entirety of our world. Thus, others are always capable of contributing to the solution of our problems. At the same time, never discount your own ability to contribute. In SAMPE there is room for contribution from the professionally youngest amongst us to the professionally oldest. So your voice not only is of interest to our society, it is essential for its viability.
