The man has short hair slicked back; he is wearing a black suit, gray striped tie, and white dress shirt. The woman is wearing a black short sleeved dress with a large white bow affixed at the base of the collar.
Envelope reads "Mr. M. A. Harrison and wife," "11/16 - 35," "city," and "1012 West[?] 2"
