Developer Melvin Simon, left, shows interior of architectural model of Kellogg Mall. Anchor stores of J. C. Penney, Henry's and Dillard's labeled on model. Renamed Towne East Square Mall before construction began in 1973 at northwest corner of Kellogg and Rock Road. Grand opening in 1975. Other men in image not identified.
