Abstract

Tai Chi Chuan has been reported to improve health status, physical fitness, mood, and emotional condition in older adults. However, the effect of Tai-Chi Chuan on static and dynamic balance and functional fitness in this population is not well known. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Tai-Chi Chuan on static and dynamic balance and functional fitness in older adults.
