One negative has her body slightly angled; she is looking to the side. Another has her back to camera; she is looking over her shoulder, but not directly at the camera. Last one is straight on, eyes averted from the camera.
Brown, sleeve style envelope with printed space for information: "N0.___ Name___ Remarks___". Handwritten in ink, "Mrs. Roy Cook Lucas - Kan."
