Arley Buckner, recently transferred from the University of Minnesota to the R.O.T.C. unit of this University, took up his duty as instructor in the military science department and as drill sergeant, Tuesday. p. 1 -- Chairman of committee: Miss Mildred Hampton is chairman of the committee in charge of the Christmas Party to be given by members of Epsilon Kappa Rho sorority to be given December 20. p. 4 -- On committee: Miss Helen Louise Carr is on the committee which is in charge of the arrangements for the Sorosis Formal Dinner Dance to be given Wednesday, December 19, at the Broadview Ballroom. p. 4 -- On party committee: Miss Jean Gruber is a member of the committee which is in charge of the Pi Kappa Psi Semi-Formal dance to be given at the Hotel Lassen during the Christmas holidays. p. 5 -- Presides: Miss Jean Van Arsdale, president of the Women's Athletic Association, will preside at the annual Christmas dinner of the organization next Monday evening. p. 5
