Mailing envelope addressed to Sarah Park of Higginsport, Brown County, Ohio. It is postmarked Hays City, Kansas. The date is illegible. Sender is Sarah's brother Frank M. Park who was stationed in 1867-1868 at Fort Hays, Kansas.
