Description
The flyer, "Wet and Dry" Map of Ohio, illustrates the state of license in Ohio at the county level ("wet" counties that still permit alcohol sales/saloon license are white; "dry" counties where alcohol sales are prohibited/saloon license doesn't exist are red). In the text at the bottom of the first page, and in the essay on the back, the flyer gives moral and financial reasons for these measures.
