Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to acquaint the reader with
the Greek practice which is still much believed
in by Greeks today: the concept of the 'evil eye' or
'Vascano'. By the end of this paper the reader should have
an understanding of what the evil eye is, how you get it,
and what you do to get rid of it. It will also become
apparent that it is indeed a very ancient tradition in Greece.
