Costing more than a half million dollars, the new building was designed by the local architectural firm of W.I. Fisher & Co. as an addition to Neff Hall. p. 3 -- "Best Back" returns: Quarterback Joe Morrison, voted by last year's Shocker team "the best back" they faced all year will lead the Cincinnati Bearcats against Wichita in tomorrow night's game at Veterans Field.
