Description

This contains three letters from Ernest Perceval. The letter dated Easter Monday, April 9, 1855 describes an attack that morning at about 8:00 a.m. He continues the letter on April 10th and 11th, describing battles and reporting casualties. There are two copies addressed to two different people. The second copy contains additional material. In the letter dated April 22, 1855, Perceval writes from the camp they ceased firing.
