A marriage certificate dated February 19,1850 written in French; one certificate of authenticity for Andrew D. Duff by the Franklin County Court, Illinois dated March 23, 1850; a deed of emancipation dated November 19, 1850; five documents from the Surveyor's Office of Saint Charles County Missouri to the county Court for Peter Chouteau dated May 11, 1850 and September 27, 1850; and seven documents relating to the lawsuit against Steamboat Timoleon by Fleming Clavert dated March 11, 1850, March 23, 1850, and Sepetember 4, 1849 filed with the Circuit Court in the County of St. Louis, Missouri and in Benton, Franklin County, Illinois.
