The base of the frame reads "Hirst Studio" 2nd negative - portrait of a man with short neat hair, he is wearing glasses that are hexagons at the base and round at the top, a white dress shirt, a white and gray striped tie, black pants, and a sweater vest with a large H on the front.
Envelope reads "W. G. Hagarty" and "1726 East 4sx"
