Eldon Sloan, top left, Robert Schrader and Dr. John Breazeale, front left, pose with bulldozer and operator used to break ground on September 4, 1968, for “Neff Hall Addition,” later renamed Clinton Hall, longtime home of the Barton School of Business. Breazeale, professor and longtime administrator, served as WSU’s interim executive officer in 1968.
