Abstract
The present study was undertaken to test whether the simultaneous method of tactile stimulation, as outlined by Bender (2), would show more deviation in a group of children with functional articulatory disorders than in the normal and whether there might be still more deviation in those children with articulatory disorders who also exhibit some type of lingual apraxia or lingual, labial or alveolar agnosia.
