Abstract

Purpose of the study. The purpose of this study is to survey the situations and trends of the organized groups among rural and small town young people, and to find answers to such questions as: What activities and programs appeal to village and country youth? What organizations and agencies are effectively working in this field? How has the rapid and extensive development of group work affected the established institutions of school and church? How effectively do the organized cooperate, which are now working with youth--is there duplication , over-lapping and over looking?
