Description
View looking east toward Fairmount Hall, circa 1920. Constructed in 1887, Fairmount Hall housed classrooms, offices and chapel for Fairmount College and the University of Wichita until it was destroyed by fire in 1929. It was located just northeast of intersection of North Hillside and East 17th streets. It faced Hillside Street.
