Description
Wichita State University’s camera projects enhanced the safety and security of its
students. The Emergency Blue Light safety phone poles project ran from 02/02/2018 to 01/17/2019
and the campus parking garage camera project ran from 02/07/2017 to 10/27/17. These 42 cameras
can be used by law enforcement to monitor events, track and direct responders to trouble areas, and
to investigate crimes. A sample list of these cameras are listed below, the red icon indicates the
camera is currently recording a video. The Milestone software controls video storage.
