Photograph(s): Bill Russell, one of basketball's superstars, will apear tonight as the second speaker in the WSU Distinguished Speakers Series Russell will speak at 8 p.m. in the CAC Theatre. To handle possible overflow crowds, the speech will be monitered [sic] outside on closed circuit television.
