Description
Biographical note: Eva Hangen was born in Wellington, Kansas. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Kansas. She also attended universities in Boulder, CO, Seattle, WA and Chicago. She taught at Kansas State Teachers College of Emporia and was instructor of English at the University of Kansas, 1923 to 1928. From 1929 to 1955, she worked at University of Wichita as professor of English.
