Abstract
The works for my graduate exhibition are submitted as partial fulfillment for the require.ments of a Master of Arts degree. These pieces consist of Raku and Stoneware pottery, metalsmithing, and sculpture.
In this exhibition report I will indicate my research into the historical and technical aspects of Raku pottery making as practiced by the ·tea-masters and by the investigation of Raku pottery information specific to the craftsman-potter, I shall indicate the technical possibilities for maximally efficient methods in Raku pottery making.
I have included a brief statement about the stoneware pottery, metalsmithing, and sculpture which has come about through my involvement with Raku.
