Abstract

It is the purpose of this paper to compare the airplane frequency response functions of wing structural loads and airplane vertical accelerations due to random vertical gusts as determined theoretically by existing methods to those obtained experimentally. A measure of the accuracy for either method of determining the frequency- response functions may be gained through these comparisons.
