Student Court Judge Thomas Wolfe swears in, from left to right, Bob Lawless, proportional representative; Allen Johnston, vice-president; Carole Hicks, treasurer; Betty Richter, secretary; and Ken Orr, president. / photo by Henry Hall. p. 1 -- Lily Pons. p. 1 -- Saludo Amigos: Going over the itinerary of a University-sponsored trip to Mexico are, from left, Cathy Peterson, Liberal Arts sophomore; Dr. Eugene Savaiano, chairman of the Spanish department; and Mrs. Helen Crockett, assistant to the dean of Adult Education. A minimum of 30 persons must make reservations for the trip by April 15, or the trip will be cancelled [sic]. University students, staff, and faculty members are eligible to make the tour, which will begin June 1 and will end June 14. Total cost is $180. p. 3 -- Ham it up: Three University professors and an instructor leave the realm of demagogues to become actors in the Community Theater's production of Shakespear's [sic] "Taming of the Shrew." From left to right are: Dr. Ralph Fraser, assistant professor of German; Dr. Gerald Markley, assistant professor of Spanish; Richard Welsbacher, instructor of English, and Joan O'Bryant, assistant professor of English. University students are admitted to the performance upon presentation of their ID cards. Curtain time tonight and tomorrow is 8:30 p.m.
