Description
The Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) takes place every May at Camp Wood in Elmdale, KS.
SLI averages 50 students and seven staff members in attendance. Any student, freshmen through
graduate, is eligible to apply. Participants are selected based on an application process with short
answer questions explaining why leadership development is important to them as well as stating
their future leadership goals.
SLI is a 5-day experience that allows each participant to evolve and expand upon their leadership
skills and abilities.
