Description
From Congressional Papers of Dan Glickman, MS 97-05, Box 131, FF 7A. Draft with handwritten notes and annotation of a document reconciling acts from the 100th Congress, 1st Session from the House and Senate on general aviation liability reforms. This act is named the General Aviation Accident Liability Standards Act of 1987, and its purpose is to regulate interstate commerce by providing for uniform standards of liability for harm arising out of general aviation accidents. Includes ''Proposed Changes in the H.R. 4142 for Introduction in the 100th Congress'' fact sheet, circa 1987-1988.
