Abstract

Global learning is at the heart of the development of multiple perspectives from other cultures. Modern information and communication technologies facilitate the development of learning relationships that lead to multiple perspectives on the topics of study, be they education, women's studies, string improvisation or engineering. This requires careful design and implementation of appropriate pedagogical strategies. It also involves the learners progressing through a series of stages in computer mediated communication.
