Abstract
This thesis is a discussion of normality theory for finite quasigroups. It is designed to develop this theory so that finite quasigroups with certain properties may be characterized. Most of thismaterial is found in the Mathematics journals in one form or another. Sore other approaches to the study of normality of quasigroups are: equivalence relations defined by homomorphims, the kernel of a homomorphic mapping of a quasigroup into a loop, and congruence relations based on lattice theory. The first definition of left-normality used in this paper is due to D. C. Murdock [7], and the second definition is taken from G. N. Garrison [4].
