Description
Mr. Grant addresses this letter to Mr. Hughes, considering information received in talks with colleagues and other sources that the international situation is growing more alarming, although the situation in Albania has been eased. He states there is no particular danger to American citizens in Albania, but the general situation in Europe indicates the evacuation of American citizens should be considered.
