Description
Aerial view looking southwest over Wichita's downtown commercial district. Broadview Hotel is partially visible at upper right; Wichita City Hall building at center; Topeka Street bisects lower left corner. Building near center is Innes Department Store. Painted sign on its roof reads "Wichita" and includes arrow pointing to the municipal airport. Sign was first painted there in 1929.
