"A Walk with Wu" is a graphic novel that tells the story of Wichita State University through the eyes of its mascot, Wu the Shocker. The book was created by Wichita State faculty and staff to commemorate the university's 125th anniversary. Written by history professor Jay Price and colleagues, with art by Genna Pennington. The graphic novel covers key moments, people, and traditions from its days as Fairmount College through to the present. It was released December 2, 2020.
