Description
Identified as the West-Urn Café, 839 Parker. Operated by the owner of the West-Urn Grill, from 1946-1948. Parker Street is now incorporated into part of 13th Street. It originally extended west from the Little Arkansas River bridge to the city limits at the Arkansas River bridge. A 1937 Ford automobile is parked in front of the restaurant.
