Letter from Glickman and Jim Inhofe, co-chairmen of the Congressional Aviation Forum, to their colleagues about the petition filed by the American Diabetes Association with the Federal Aviation Administration regarding the medical certification of individuals with diabetes, October 22, 1991. Glickman and Inhofe encourage their colleagues to join them in requesting immediate action to the petition.
