dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we propose a toll pricing framework for a stochastic multimode tra±c assignment
problem. This model assumes that there are two types of users on the network: those who have
information about the network conditions via advanced traveler information systems and others. In
order to have a better utilization of transportation system, the tra±c authority uses pricing (tolls
obtained using the toll pricing framework) to divert the tra±c to less congested routes either by
allowing all or a subset of links on the network to be tolled. | en_US |
