Isolating virus from the air with the aid of the millipore filter
The problm of this study was to isolate from the air a virus in a sufficient amount to demonstrate its presence and concentration. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the use of a rapid, inexpensive method of virus isolation utilizing the Millipore Filter and the associated surface tension attraction phenomenon.
