Description
Dr. Hugo Wall (1901-1975) was a professor of urban affairs who served the University for forty-two years, from 1929 to 1971. During his long career, Dr. Wall worked as the University vice president for academic affairs, dean of the graduate school and director of the Center for Urban Affairs (currently, Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs).
Dr. Hugo Wall was actively involved in the work of city government; at the time of the development of a profile of health planning information project, he was a chairman of Health Planning Council of South-Central Kansas.
