Abstract
Background:
Patient satisfaction has been debated as an indicator of quality hospital care. It is debated in the literature as to whether or not patients can accurately judge technical quality of healthcare services.
Purpose of the Study:
The purpose of the study was to determine if patients’ perceptions of interpersonal care are related to or influence patients’ perceptions of technical care.
