Literature suitable for teaching intercultural relations at the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade level
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to give children, through books which they read, an understanding
of races and national cultural backgrounds, not only in their
own country, but throughout the world. In this way there may
be built an understanding of human relations which will make
the child a better citizen of the world as he grows to maturity.
