    Abstract
In most laboratories employing methods or finding molecular weights, the cryoscopic method is probably the most popular because of its simplicity. However its accuracy is, in some cases such as a combination or higher hydrocarbons, questioned and the time required for its operation is excessive. It is therefore of value to compare the results obtained by this method with those obtained by an accurate Victor Meyer apparatus.
